Married Couples Ministry (MCM) is a Christ-centered, Holy Spirit empowered, purpose driven ministry that equips, strengthens and supports marriages by teaching Godly principles and biblical precepts for application today. God intends for the marriage relations to mirror Christ’s relationship for the church. We believe that couples are called to be in covenant relationship with God and each other. MCM is further designed to support and encourage church couples in their marriage relationship. This is done through activities that provide Fun, Food, Christian Fellowship and Christian Education.

Assists the local church in developing a strong, dynamic ministry. Pastor Harris' desire is to promote spiritual strength and unity amongst singles at True Light.
Mission
"To provide spiritual strength and unity amongst singles. To guide, teach, connect and mentor singles; enabling them to become godly singles and faithful leaders with integrity that is measurable to emulate."
Leadership
Here are some of the ways the singles ministry leaders can meet their vision. The most important thing that we could do is to remain close to God, so we can receive from Him wisdom, passion and direction to:
- Encourage all singles to participate
- Reach out to singles that haven't been to church in a while
- Bring single new members into the group immediately upon joining the church
- Conduct regular scheduled meetings/devotions
- Conduct routine team building events outside the church
- Encourage prayer partners
- Opportunity to disciple/ develop leadership
Your Call
ring this season it is important that you find your strength in God.
Peter wrote, "If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides" (I Peter 4:11).
Changes
Single adults ministries are constantly changing due to marriage, job changes, moving, etc... so it's important that much prayer, time and wholeness take place within one's years of singleness.
Comfort
We find great comfort in the thought that the single ministry is a vital part of the church as well as other ministries. This ministry is not dependent upon ones best efforts, but upon God's.
